MyFundedFutures, MFFU to its friends, is the futures prop firm everyone brings up the second you say NinjaTrader. Founded in 2022 in Texas, it hit the market with a simple angle: a one-step evaluation, no timer, and a drawdown calculated at the end of the day. On paper, that’s exactly what a futures trader asks for. In practice, two or three settings decide whether you cash a payout or burn three resets.
Quick verdict: MyFundedFutures in two minutes
What works: a single step instead of the two-phase path, an unlimited evaluation window, an EOD drawdown that’s gentler than a trailing one, a profit split up to 90%, an active Discord community and a real choice of platforms.
What hurts: the 50% consistency rule on the plans that apply it, paid resets that pile up fast when you keep pushing, and an Expert, Rapid, Builder, Pro line-up so split up that a beginner drowns before they even click.
Who’s it for? The trader already at home on NinjaTrader or Tradovate who wants to pass in one step. Not the guy discovering futures on a Monday morning.
The specs

|---|---|

| Founded | 2022, in Texas |
| Group | MyFunded, with MyFundedFX on the Forex side |
| Evaluation | A single step, unlimited time |
| Drawdown | EOD, recalculated on the closing balance |

| Platforms | NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TradingView, Quantower, ATAS |
| Account sizes | 25,000 to 150,000 dollars |
A profit target always worth 1.5x your drawdown
That ratio doesn’t move from one plan to the next, and that’s good news for how you read your risk.
| Account | Profit target | Max drawdown |
|---|---|---|
| 25,000 $ | 1,500 $ | 1,000 $ |
| 50,000 $ | 3,000 $ | 2,000 $ |
| 100,000 $ | 6,000 $ | 3,000 $ |
| 150,000 $ | 9,000 $ | 4,500 $ |
Look at the drawdown column. On a 150K you get 4,500 dollars of room before the door. Sounds huge until a bad NFP day eats half of it in minutes. The target, meanwhile, asks you to make 1.5 times what you’re allowed to lose. That’s not generous, it’s in line with the market.
The EOD drawdown changes everything, if you know how to use it
Two types of drawdown exist in this game: trailing and end-of-day. The trailing one climbs in real time with your peak, open position included. The EOD one only moves at the close.
In practice: you’re up 2,000 dollars at 3pm, you let it run, the market turns and you close at +400. At MFFU, only the +400 counts when your floor is recalculated. On a trailing account, your threshold would have climbed with the intraday peak and pulled your exit closer without you banking a cent. For a trader who lets positions breathe, that’s a massive edge. I broke the mechanism down in our prop firm drawdown rules.
The 50% consistency rule that breaks ambitious accounts
Some plans apply a consistency rule: no single day can make up more than half of your target profit. Chasing 3,000 dollars on a 50K? One session must not exceed 1,500. If you make 1,800 dollars in one go, you’re not passed: you have to keep trading to dilute that day’s share until it drops back below 50%. A minimum of two trading days applies too.
The trap is psychological. The trader who smashes one big day thinks it’s over. In reality, they’ve just forced themselves to trade again, with the risk of giving part of it back. If you can’t live with that idea, pick a plan without consistency and pay the price that comes with it.
How you actually get your money
The profit split climbs up to 90% depending on the plan and your track record, which sits in the high end of the futures market. Payout windows depend on the plan you pick, and things move fast: check the current conditions on the site before you pay. I broke the general process down in how prop firm payouts work.
The platforms, where MFFU scores points
You can trade on NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TradingView, Quantower or ATAS. For a futures trader, that’s far from a detail. Your scripts, your hotkeys, your templates, all of it lives inside your tool. A firm that forces you onto its in-house platform makes you start from zero. MFFU gets that, and it’s a real argument against competitors that lock down their ecosystem. I cover the opposite case in my Topstep review.
A very high Trustpilot score, read with caution
MyFundedFutures shows a Trustpilot score around 4.9 over 20,000+ reviews. In an industry where scores collapse the moment a payout drags, that number matters. It doesn’t mean everything is rosy: the recurring complaints target resets, support at peak hours and fee clarity. A global score is a signal, not a verdict.
MyFundedFutures vs Apex and Topstep
Against Apex, MFFU loses on entry price and account stacking, but wins on the simplicity of the single step and the comfort of the EOD drawdown. My full take is in Apex Trader Funding review 2026. Against Topstep, the gap comes down to the tool: Topstep forces its TopstepX, MFFU lets you keep your habits. For a trader with ten years of setups on NinjaTrader, that question answers itself.
MyFundedFutures FAQ
Is MyFundedFutures a scam? No. A firm running since 2022, a verifiable payout volume and a massive Trustpilot score are not the signs of a scam. The real risk is you, when you chain resets without fixing your method.
How long do I have to pass the evaluation? No announced time limit on the evaluation step. Three weeks or three months, the firm won’t clock you.
Can you trade during economic news? Yes, NFP, CPI or FOMC are not banned. It’s even a source of opportunities for those who know how to play it clean, with size cut in half.
Which plan should I start with? A 50K without consistency if you go big on winning days, with consistency if you trade steady.
My verdict
MyFundedFutures isn’t the miracle firm they sell on forums, and it isn’t a fee-sucking machine either. It’s a solid futures prop firm, built for the trader who already knows their tools and wants a single step with no timer. The EOD drawdown and the free choice of platform, those are the two reasons to test it. The 50% consistency, that’s the reason to read the fine print.
My advice: start on a 50K, keep your risk under 1% per trade, and watch consistency from day one. That’s what kills the best accounts, not the drawdown. Before you pull out the card, price your budget with what a 100k challenge costs.
