FunderPro is the firm that built its marketing on a simple promise: paying you every day. On paper, that slaps. In real life, it changes your trading quite a bit, and not always for the better. I went through their programs and their rules before writing a single line, because half the reviews you read online are signed by people collecting a commission and never telling you.
Quick verdict in two minutes
What works: four programs (One Phase, Classic, Pro, Instant), accounts from 5,000 to 200,000 dollars, scaling advertised up to several million, MT5, cTrader and TradeLocker to pick from, static drawdown on the challenges, and daily rewards on the Pro plan.
What hurts: a base split that isn’t the most generous on the market and that mostly climbs with add-ons, a consistency rule present on some programs, an offshore legal setup you should keep in mind, and a “daily rewards” pitch you need to decode before you get excited.
So who’s it for? The trader who wants to cash out fast and often, and accepts paying for that comfort in percentage. Not someone hunting the highest raw split from day one.
The four programs, no fluff
| Program | Format | What to remember |
|---|---|---|
| One Phase | A single evaluation stage | One target, tougher, ideal if you have a clean, steady method |
| Classic | Two stages | The classic, without a consistency rule under current conditions |
| Pro | Two stages | The daily rewards plan, the one making the firm famous |
| Instant | Direct access to the funded account | You skip the evaluation, you pay for that shortcut |
My read is simple, and it holds for every firm. The number of stages isn’t the real difficulty. What kills you is the size of the daily loss and the drawdown calculation. A well-calibrated One Phase can be more reachable than a two-stage with a tight daily loss. I broke that mechanism down in our prop firm drawdown rules piece, because that’s where most accounts die.
Static drawdown, the firm’s real argument
Sounds technical, it isn’t. A static drawdown is a fixed floor, calculated on your starting balance, that doesn’t move. A trailing drawdown climbs with your peak.
Take a 100,000 dollar account with 10% drawdown allowed. At FunderPro, your floor stays at 90,000 dollars. On a trailing account, if you climb to 105,000, your floor rises to 95,000. See the trap? The more you win, the tighter your room to breathe gets. Static lets you breathe through winning streaks, and for a trader who lets positions run, that changes everything.
Daily rewards, read the small print
The Pro plan lets you request withdrawals as soon as your account sits slightly above your balance, under current conditions. On paper, it’s great for cash flow. You trade, you cash out, you start again.
My question whenever I see that kind of offer: at what price? A frequent payout gets paid for somewhere. Either the split you keep is lower, or there are fees, or you get it through a paid add-on. That 100% splashed in big letters on some pages does exist, but rarely with the fastest cycle. I dug into the whole mechanism in how prop firm payouts work. Run the cold maths before you let the frequency seduce you.
What the official page won’t tell you
Three points I always check, and that comparison sites skip.
The pass rate. FunderPro is one of the rare firms that publishes an official success rate. Look that number in the face before dreaming about your first payout. It’s brutal, and that’s exactly why it’s useful.
The legal and geographic setup. The firm operates out of Saint Lucia with a parent company in Malta. That doesn’t mean it’s shady, but check your country is accepted before you pay: a KYC rejection is money locked up after the fact.
Support, for real. Send one precise question about how your daily loss or your drawdown floor is calculated. The speed and accuracy of the answer will tell you more than any overall score. It’s the same team handling your case the day a payout stalls.
FunderPro against FTMO and FundedNext
Let’s compare what matters, no dogmatic ranking.
Against FTMO, FunderPro plays the payout speed and formats card. FTMO keeps the edge on mature processes and a readable framework, which weighs heavily the day a tricky question shows up. My full take is in FTMO review 2026.
Against FundedNext, the gap comes down to the models and the daily rewards. Both have real arguments, it all depends on your style. I laid it all out in FundedNext review 2026.
And if doubt lingers about a firm’s solidity, the red flags I listed in our prop firm scam breakdown apply here too. Look at real payouts, not screenshots.
FAQ on FunderPro
Is FunderPro legit in 2026? The firm pays traders and publishes an official pass rate, which isn’t common. That doesn’t save you from checking current conditions: drawdown, consistency rule, add-ons and payout cycle change regularly.
Does FunderPro accept French traders? France isn’t on the usual exclusion list, but confirm it with support before buying. The restricted countries list moves fast.
What’s the real profit split? It depends on the program, the add-ons and the payout cycle. The highest percentages usually come with the slowest cycles.
Is static drawdown really an advantage? Yes, for a trader who lets gains run. Your floor doesn’t rise with your peak, so your own profits don’t tighten your room to breathe the way they would on a trailing account.
FunderPro or FTMO, which one? If you want to cash out fast and often and test several formats, FunderPro has arguments. If you want proven processes and a frictionless payout, FTMO stays my benchmark for a first serious challenge.
My verdict
FunderPro isn’t a scam, and it isn’t the perfect firm you read about on pages stuffed with affiliate links. It’s a recent but serious player, with a real technical argument (static drawdown) and a daily rewards promise worth pricing out before you get excited.
My advice: start small, pick a classic program to understand the rhythm, and treat the rules like your worst enemy. You’ll learn them faster by respecting them than by testing them. And if you want to price your budget first, look at what a 100k challenge costs.
